My story — the short version

I've been a working woman since 2008. That's over 16 years of early mornings, long commutes, office deadlines, salary days that disappear too fast, and coming home to a second shift that nobody officially hired me for.

In those 16 years, I've played every role a woman is expected to play — and played them all at the same time.

The daughter who is responsible.
The colleague who delivers.
The one who manages the home.
The one who remembers everything for everyone.
The one who holds it all together — quietly, without complaint.
